Certifications - Quality and environment

The company operates with a management system to implement a program of continuous improvement of quality and environmental protection. In particular we refer to services of design, development, construction, sharpening of tools devoted to national and international markets with an improvement of the services rendered to the customer.
We make an effort at achieving, maintaining and improving “over time” the level of quality of performance according to all the specific standards .UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.

In fact the overall goal of the Company, as part of corporate strategies, is to satisfy the needs and expectations of the customer through:

• Ÿthe attainment of a degree of trust in respect of the Company, to maintain and improve over time;
• Ÿimprovement of product quality through compliance with quality standards of reference;
• Ÿreduction of the price offered, improving the quality of services rendered after the sale;
• Ÿensuring the production of records to enable clients the immediate use of the finished product;
• Ÿongoing collaboration with the customer for a complete definition of design requirements, keeping in time relationships;
• Ÿfulfillment of all laws and environmental regulations applicable to its activities;
• Ÿthe systematic collection of environmental impacts of their activities, understand the effects and identify their causes.
