Production

The study and the internal design allows the production of tools in tungsten carbide micrograin of high quality as:

ŸŸhigh-performance step twist drills with interior cooling supplies Ÿhigh speed multicatting end mills for aluminium and hardened steels Ÿreamers Ÿflare tools Ÿspecial tools adapted to different needs of the customer.

This is the result of our work based on flexibility, continuous search for optimal solutions to specific needs, monitoring the process and respect of ironclad internal procedures. In this spirit we are able to propose new geometries to meet the multiple types of machining for removing chips always more sophisticated.

Moreover we provide tools with PVD coatings that improve performance by raising the hardness, wear resistance and sliding properties and increasing the useful life of the tool.

The machines used for construction of tools consists of CNC with five axis WALTER, grinder STUDER e TSCHUDIN, moulding cutter WICMAN, ecc…, which ensure, along with operating instructions tested, accuracy in detail and high production capacity.
